The 12 Deities of Life 長生十二神
The 12 Deities of Life represent the 12 stages of a person's life. It is derived from the concept of Yin Yang and the five elements and is used in many Chinese fortune-telling methods, including Polaris Astrology. According to many Polaris Astrologies, it has very little effects.
1.👶🏻 Birth
長生 (Cháng shēng) Burst out, vitality, endless life force, growth, momentum, and opportunities. It is most auspicious when placed in the same palace as the Thinker Star.
2.🛁 Bath
沐浴 (mùyù)Symbolizes love, the harmony between husband and wife.
3.🎩 Adolescent
冠帶 (guān dài) Symbolizes celebration, maturity.
4.👨🪙 Promotion
臨官 (lín guān)Symbolizes celebration and advancement.
5.🍑 Prosperous
帝旺 (dì wàng) Symbolizes vigorous, the increase of strength. (strengthen the palace).
6.🌳 Aging
衰 (shuāi)Symbolizes decline and retreat.
7.💊 Ailing
病 (bìng) Symbolizes weakness; In the wealth palaces, it represents a little loss of money. In the Career Palace, it means shortcomings.
